What if the fear never went away?

What if the fear never went away?

What if you never felt better or more confident or braver or more sure?

What would you do?

How would you live?

What can you do?

What would it take to let go of perfection?

What would it take to move with instead of against?

What if you never felt better about fear or anything else that is bothering you?

Could you still find a way to be happy? To connect with others? To make some impact on the world around you, no matter how small?

What can you do today? What would feel the best to try?

  1. Hmmm…thought-provoking. I think it’s probably what we focus on. So yes, if we have the fear always, and focus on that, we’ll be stuck on fear. But if we go about our life trying to do what we desire to do, then we let the fear stay in the background. it’s where we keep our focus and attention.

Second thought on fear is simply surrendering to the fear, realizing that we can’t do anythng about it.

    1. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Vishnu! I totally agree. If we focus so much on the fear, we miss what is possible even when it is still there.
